1. Genel

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, US Danışmanlık tarafından sunulan usPRO yazılım hizmetinin kullanımına ilişkin koşulları düzenler.

usPRO; işletmelerin çalışanları ve kullanıcıları ile ilgili süreçlerini dijital ortamda yönetmelerine yardımcı olan web tabanlı bir SaaS platformudur.

usPRO’yu kullanan kişi veya kurum, bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılır.

2. Hizmetin Kullanımı

usPRO, işletmelere kullanıcı ve çalışan hesaplarının oluşturulması, kullanıcıların sisteme davet edilmesi, hesap aktivasyonu, giriş bilgileri, şifre sıfırlama ve sistem bildirimleri gibi çeşitli işlevler sunar.

Platform üzerinden gönderilen e-postalar ağırlıklı olarak işlemsel ve hizmete ilişkin bildirimlerdir. Bu e-postalar kullanıcı hesabının oluşturulması, aktivasyonu, sisteme giriş, şifre sıfırlama, onboarding ve benzeri sistem işlemleri kapsamında gönderilebilir.

3. Kullanıcı ve Müşteri Sorumlulukları

Kurumsal müşteriler, platforma ekledikleri kullanıcıların iletişim bilgilerinin ve diğer kişisel verilerin hukuka uygun şekilde elde edilmesinden ve usPRO üzerinde kullanılmasından sorumludur.

Kullanıcılar ve müşteriler;

• Sistemi yürürlükteki yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmayı,
• Yetkisiz kişilerin sisteme erişmesini engellemek için gerekli güvenlik önlemlerini almayı,
• Sisteme aktardıkları bilgilerin doğruluğundan sorumlu olmayı,
• Platformu spam, dolandırıcılık, kötüye kullanım veya hukuka aykırı iletişim amacıyla kullanmamayı

kabul eder.

4. E-posta Bildirimleri

usPRO tarafından gönderilen e-postalar, kullanıcıların sisteme erişebilmesi ve platform üzerindeki işlemler hakkında bilgilendirilebilmesi amacıyla kullanılabilir.

Bunlara örnek olarak:

• Hesap aktivasyon e-postaları,
• Kullanıcı davetleri,
• Giriş ve hesap bilgileri,
• Şifre sıfırlama bağlantıları,
• Sistem bildirimleri,
• Onboarding ve hizmet kullanımına ilişkin bildirimler

verilebilir.

usPRO, müşterilerin izni veya talebi olmaksızın satın alınmış veya üçüncü taraflardan temin edilmiş e-posta listelerine toplu pazarlama e-postaları göndermek amacıyla kullanılmaz.

5. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Hizmetin sağlanması sırasında e-posta gönderimi, barındırma, teknik altyapı, güvenlik ve benzeri hizmetler için üçüncü taraf teknoloji sağlayıcılarından yararlanılabilir.

Bu hizmet sağlayıcıları yalnızca ilgili hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli kapsamda kullanılabilir.

6. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi veya Sonlandırılması

US Danışmanlık, hizmetin güvenliği, geliştirilmesi veya teknik gereklilikler nedeniyle usPRO’nun özelliklerinde değişiklik yapabilir.

Kullanım koşullarının ihlali, kötüye kullanım veya güvenlik riski tespit edilmesi halinde ilgili hesap veya hizmet geçici olarak sınırlandırılabilir veya sonlandırılabilir.

7. Fikri Mülkiyet

usPRO yazılımı, arayüzleri, tasarımları, kaynak kodları ve ilgili tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları, aksi belirtilmedikçe US Danışmanlık’a aittir.

Müşterilerin platforma yüklediği kendi verileri üzerindeki hakları saklıdır.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of usPRO, a software service provided by US Danışmanlık.

usPRO is a web-based SaaS platform that helps businesses manage processes related to their employees and users digitally.

By accessing or using usPRO, the user or organization agrees to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Service

usPRO provides businesses with features for creating and managing user accounts, inviting users to the platform, account activation, login information, password resets, onboarding, and system notifications.

Emails sent through usPRO are primarily transactional and service-related communications. These emails may be sent for account creation, account activation, login, password reset, onboarding, and other system-related purposes.

3. User and Customer Responsibilities

Corporate customers are responsible for ensuring that the contact information and personal data they add to or use within usPRO have been obtained and processed lawfully.

Users and customers agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts;
• Ensure that information submitted to the platform is accurate;
• Not use the platform for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful communications.

4. Email Communications

usPRO may send emails that are necessary for users to access and use the platform.

Examples include:

• Account activation emails;
• User invitations;
• Login and account information;
• Password reset emails;
• System notifications;
• Onboarding and service-related notifications.

usPRO is not intended to be used for sending unsolicited bulk marketing emails or emails to purchased or third-party contact lists.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

US Danışmanlık may use third-party technology and infrastructure providers for services such as email delivery, hosting, security, and technical infrastructure.

Such providers may process information only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant services.

6. Modification or Termination of the Service

US Danışmanlık may modify or update features of usPRO when necessary for security, technical, operational, or development purposes.

Accounts or services may be temporarily restricted or terminated in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, or security risks.

7. Intellectual Property

The usPRO software, interfaces, designs, source code, and related intellectual property rights belong to US Danışmanlık unless otherwise stated.

Customers retain their rights to the data and content they submit to the platform.
