Bu Gizlilik Politikası, US Danışmanlık tarafından sunulan usPRO hizmetinin kullanımı sırasında kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiğini ve korunduğunu açıklamaktadır.
usPRO, işletmelerin çalışanları ve kullanıcıları ile ilgili süreçlerini dijital ortamda yönetmelerini sağlayan bir SaaS platformudur.
usPRO kapsamında kurumsal müşteriler tarafından sisteme aktarılan kişisel veriler, ağırlıklı olarak ilgili müşterinin talimatları doğrultusunda hizmetin sunulması amacıyla işlenir.
US Danışmanlık, müşterileri tarafından sisteme aktarılan kişisel verileri, hizmetin sağlanması dışında bağımsız bir ticari amaçla kullanmaz.
Platform kapsamında işlenebilecek bilgiler arasında ad-soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, kullanıcı hesabı bilgileri, çalışan bilgileri ve müşterinin hizmet kapsamında sisteme aktardığı diğer bilgiler bulunabilir.
usPRO, kullanıcı hesaplarının oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi için e-posta iletişimi kullanabilir.
Bu kapsamda;

E-posta adresleri üçüncü taraflardan satın alınmış listelerden veya izinsiz kaynaklardan temin edilmez. E-posta adresleri, hizmeti kullanan kurumsal müşteriler tarafından kendi kullanıcıları/çalışanları için sisteme eklenir veya aktarılır.
usPRO içerisinde yapay zeka destekli doküman kontrolü özelliği bulunabilir.
Bu özellik varsayılan olarak tüm kullanıcılar veya tüm dokümanlar için aktif değildir. Yapay zeka ile doküman kontrolü yalnızca kurumsal müşterinin talebi ve tercihi doğrultusunda ve müşterinin belirlediği doküman türleri için etkinleştirilir.
Etkinleştirilen kapsam dahilinde yapay zeka;
US Danışmanlık, yapay zeka özelliğini müşteri tarafından talep edilen ve belirlenen kapsam dışında bağımsız olarak kişisel veriler üzerinde kullanmaz.
usPRO kapsamında işlenen kişisel veriler, teknik altyapımız kapsamında Türkiye’de bulunan sunucularda saklanmaktadır.
Veriler, hizmetin sağlanması ve ilgili yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi için gerekli olan süre boyunca veya kurumsal müşterinin belirlediği saklama süresi kapsamında muhafaza edilir.
Saklama süresinin sona ermesi veya verinin artık gerekli olmaması halinde ilgili veriler, uygulanabilir mevzuata ve teknik prosedürlere uygun şekilde dijital olarak silinir veya imha edilir.
US Danışmanlık, usPRO kapsamında işlenen verilerin yetkisiz erişim, kayıp, kötüye kullanım veya yetkisiz değişikliklere karşı korunması amacıyla uygun teknik ve idari güvenlik önlemlerini uygulamaya çalışır.
Kişisel veriler, hizmetin sunulması için gerekli olması halinde teknik altyapı ve hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla sınırlı olarak paylaşılabilir.
Bu paylaşım yalnızca ilgili hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli kapsamda gerçekleştirilir.
US Danışmanlık, kişisel verileri reklam veya bağımsız ticari amaçlarla üçüncü taraflara satmaz veya kiralamaz.
usPRO’nun güvenli ve düzgün şekilde çalışabilmesi için çerezler, IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgileri, oturum bilgileri ve benzeri teknik veriler kullanılabilir.
Bu bilgiler; güvenlik, oturum yönetimi, sistem performansı ve hizmetin düzgün çalışması gibi amaçlarla işlenebilir.
Kurumsal müşteriler, usPRO’ya aktardıkları kişisel verilerin hukuka uygun şekilde elde edilmesinden ve işlenmesinden sorumludur.
US Danışmanlık, müşterilerinin talimatları doğrultusunda hizmet sağlayıcı/veri işleyen rolünde hareket edebilir.
İlgili kişiler, yürürlükteki kişisel verilerin korunmasına ilişkin mevzuat kapsamında sahip oldukları haklarını kullanabilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how US Danışmanlık processes and protects personal data in connection with its usPRO service.
usPRO is a SaaS platform that enables businesses to digitally manage processes related to their employees and users.
Personal data entered into usPRO by corporate customers is primarily processed according to the instructions of the relevant customer and for the purpose of providing the service.
US Danışmanlık does not use personal data submitted by its customers for independent commercial purposes outside the scope of providing the service.
Depending on how the service is used, information processed through usPRO may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, user account information, employee information, and other information submitted by the customer as part of the service.
usPRO may use email communications for the creation and management of user accounts.

Email addresses are not obtained from purchased or unauthorized third-party mailing lists.
Email addresses are entered or imported by corporate customers for their own employees or users who need access to the usPRO platform.
usPRO may provide an AI-assisted document checking feature.
This feature is not enabled by default for all users or all documents. AI-assisted document checking is enabled only at the request and preference of the corporate customer and only for the document types selected by the customer.

Personal data processed through usPRO is stored on servers located in Türkiye as part of our technical infrastructure.
Data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable legal obligations, or according to the retention period determined by the relevant corporate customer.
When the applicable retention period expires or the data is no longer required, the relevant data is digitally deleted or destroyed in accordance with applicable legislation and technical procedures.
US Danışmanlık takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data processed through usPRO against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Personal data may be shared with technology and infrastructure service providers where necessary to provide usPRO and its related services.
Such processing is limited to what is necessary for the relevant service.
US Danışmanlık does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for advertising or independent commercial purposes.
usPRO may use cookies, IP addresses, browser information, session information, and similar technical data to ensure the secure and proper operation of the service.
Such information may be used for purposes including security, session management, system performance, and service functionality.
Corporate customers are responsible for ensuring that personal data submitted to usPRO has been collected and processed lawfully.
US Danışmanlık may act as a service provider/data processor when processing personal data on behalf of its corporate customers and according to their instructions.
